Do you want to return an item?

Returns and Refunds are accepted within 14 days from when the item is delivered (unless otherwise stated on item description), providing proof of purchase.

Item must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.

We'll refund the price you purchased your item at.

The return can be rejected if any of the above Policy Terms are not met.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, HOWEVER CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR A REPLACEMENT.

HOW DO I RETURN A ITEM?

To return an item, please fill in the returns form that came with your order correctly, making sure to fill in everything required on the form.

We Quality Control (QC) every item as it is packed for delivery. However, we still advise checking for any small defects once received. Once the tags have been removed / item has been worn, we can no longer be responsible for any defects.

​

You as the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Any losses or damages occurred when returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. We advise sending the return parcel tracked / recorded to cover this.
